CMCMUA Public Auction

The CMCMUA has just established an "on-line" public sale for its surplus property.  This public sale will be available on a continuous basis to sell a wide variety of surplus property that is owned by the Authority.  All purchasers will be required to comply with all terms and conditions of sale as specified.  These requirements provide that all sales are "FINAL", "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS".  Payment in full must be received by the CMCMUA within five business days of the closing date as specified for the sale item(s) and the item purchased must be picked up within five business days from the receipt of payment by the CMCMUA.  Other terms and conditions will apply as further specified with the surplus property listing.  Please review the "official notice" for this sale by using the link below.
