Consumer Compact Fluorescent Light Bulb Recycling

Switching from incandescent light bulbs to compact fluorescent light bulbs conserves energy, and now, those compact fluorescent light bulbs, once expired, can be recycled.  The Home Depot has established an in-store, consumer compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulb recycling program at all of its locations, including the retail store located on Indian Trail in the Burleigh section of Middle Township.  This free service is available to customers by simply bringing any expired, unbroken CFL bulbs to the store and giving them to the store associate behind the returns desk.  The Home Depot will then package, transport and recycle the CFL bulbs.  For more information, contact any Home Depot location or view the following links.  New York Times Article
