NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Bids will be received by the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority, 1523 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House, New Jersey, up to 2:00 p.m.  prevailing time, on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at which time the Bids will be publicly unsealed and the contents announced for the following:  CONTRACT WW-EQUIP-02-20 - New Electrical Systems for Various Pump Stations

Proposal Forms, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications, and other Bidding Documents are available for download upon completion of vendor registration at www.cmcmua.com or may be examined at the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority Administrative Office, 1523 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House, NJ, during normal business hours. 

Bids must be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope and plainly marked with the Name and Number of the Contract Bid, and contain the Name and Address of the Bidder on the envelope, pursuant to Section 00200, Item 2 – Submission of Bids.

Bids may be hand delivered or mailed.  The Authority assumes no responsibility for Bids received after the designated time and date, and will return late Bids to the Bidder unopened.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and of N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.

The Authority reserves the right, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, to reject all bids as permitted by this Statute.
